1.3 Zhongli: A God Restored

So recently, I've been listening to "Rex Incognito" a thousand times over. XD With Zhongli's buff this 1.3 patch in Genshin Impact. I can't wait to get back into the game (as I have been inactive on there). I have seen the rework / buff that they did to this awesome character.
The Geo god does ultimately quite powerful now. Though he was always ok for me anyways, his shields have always been heck good.
